Ricambi Rivarossi in zama

Hi Giorgio,

I have had recent discussions on an engineering level, with Alexander from RR regarding the manufacture of gears for the early Rivarossi spur gear type motors and I found him very knowledgeble. The products which have been made appear perfect replicas of the original parts. The trouble is that it is very expensive setting up machine tools for these spare gear items. Also there may be only a mimority number of old modellers like me who live in the past !! Its all this DCC now however, I just wondered if Alexander could help Alfonso find a coil for his ac B&O Locomotive. Unfortunately all my Locomotives are dc so I personally do not have any spares of this type. May be Giorgio Tanzi could help him ? I see from the Italian eBay that Giorgio has indirectly been selling some items just recently. Andrea Pratesi of corse would be also a first in this but I see Andrea Ferrari has already suggested him previously.

Any way we must keep the vintage models alive, Amen!!

Voglio condividere con voi la gioia di aver trovato in RivaRestore un posto dove, dall'Uruguay - Sudamerica, ottenere le parti per ripristinare il mio vecchi modelli Rivarossi. Buonasera a tutti,
rispondo ad un messaggio, una domanda che mi è stata fatta un secolo fa da " vr 80 " (non so chi sia esattamente) il 21-11-2011.
Questo signore mi aveva chiesto quando e se sarebbero uscite le zavorre per la loco da manovra americana B&0. Beh ora ci sono, rispondo solo ora perché si è data la precedenza ad altri articoli maggiormente richiesti. Ora sono comunque disponibili due tipologie di zavorra per chi fosse interessato. Mi permetto di segnalare questo arrivo, non come pubblicità (di cui non ne ho bisogno), ma come risposta ad una domanda che mi era stata appunto fatta secoli fa, meglio tardi che mai insomma !!
